Chai Pumpkin Loaf

Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 and 3/4 Cups Flour
  • 1 and 1/2 Cups Sugar
  • 2/3 Cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 1/2 Cup Butter melted
  • 1/2 Cup Chai Tea Concentrate
  • 1/4 Cup Buttermilk
  • 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Cloves
  • 1/8 Teaspoon Ginger

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. In a large bowl, blend together all of the ingredients with an electric mixer until completely combined.
  2. Pour the batter into a well-greased loaf pan and bake for 1 hour, or until a toothpick inserted into the bread comes out clean.
  3. Allow to cool for 20 minutes before attempting to remove the loaf from the pan. Serve immediately and refrigerate any leftovers.
